So its been a little bit since I blogged last and really there is not much to tell. I still dont have a routine except when Tyson wants to eat he eats. He is eating all the time. This week he is eating every hour and sleeping in between. I have gotten to the point that I have to give him a bottle at least 2x a day because otherwise he is attached to me all day and I get really sore.
The poor guy ended up getting cradle cap and it was driving me nuts looking at it so I took some advice from the internet and rubbed baby oil on his head, left it for 15 mins, and rubbed it with a warm washcloth. Well it all came off and it also took a good amount of his beautiful hair with it. The poor kid has the worrst looking receding hairline that you have ever seen. I hope it grows in fast I feel like a gave him a horrible haircut. : (
I weighed him yesterday and he now weighs 7 lbs 4 oz. so now he is a big boy and is no longer in preemie outfits and diapers he is now in newborn and about to outgrow them. He is starting to get chubby thighs and little rolls on his arms. You can no longer see his ribs when he breathes.
We have been on a couple of little outings and he is wonderful in the car. Problem is once he falls asleep in the car he is out forever and then wants to stay up longer at night.
Haas and I had our first date out without Tyson. We left him with Nana and we went to see I Love You Man and went to dinner at Famous Daves YUM!!!.
Haas and I are both starting the protein diet that I was on before I got pregnant. I cant wait to get rid of this belly and fit back into my clothes. I thought when you breastfed that you lost the weight a lot faster. I lost 20 lbs the first week I was home and still have 15 to lose and have not lost even a lb since the first week.
Berkeley is so wonderful with Tyson and she loves being right next to him. She likes to play with her own toys while Tyson plays on his toy mat. She has been so much better with him than I could have asked for.
Well thats about all I have to update on!!

use a brush when you wash his hair (kind of like a tooth brush), that will prevent the cradle cap from ever coming back, i have never washed Colter's hair without it and he has never gotten even a tiny bit of it :)
I hope that works for you :)
I was going to say that exact comment, to use a brush. I used a soft tooth brush on my kids until they were older. The trick worked perfectly! He's such a doll for sure !
Sorry.. .I was logged into my girlfriend blog. It was me... Colleen.
He's getting so big! I can't wait to see him in person.... it better be soon!!
Yep a small tiny toothbrush works best. Good idea with the baby oil though. Honestly Steph it took at least two months to get a schedule going. Is he eating while he is on you or just getting comfort sucks? Sounds funny but its called that. If you can hear him swallow he is eating. If you ever have questions on any of that, the La Leche League can help online too. Just try to feed him as much as he can before bedtime and in the morning. So he can take a nap. Its very hard, but dont get discouraged, youll get there.
Don't stress too much about the weight, it took you 9 months to put it on, give yourself the same amount to take it off! I'm glad your kids are getting along well:)
Oh my goodness, he looks so cute playing with Berkeley right beside him!!!!
