Vegas

We left for Sin City on Thursday morning and had a blast. I will try not to make this post too long but I do have tons of pics.
On Thursday morning I took Tyson down to Nana and Papa's and it was so sad saying goodbye to him. I couldn't help but cry when I left it was so sad. The drive down there wasn't bad. I got a call from Haas on my way down and he was trying to get his vest extenders from his friend and was trying to jump his fence since he wasnt home. He climbed a ladder and jumped over and landed on a rock. We didntknow until yesterday but he did break his ankle. So when he gets some down time from work he will be having surgery. : ( Anyways back to Vegas.
We rolled in at about 6 and my sis in law Erin was in town for business so we hooked up with her for dinner. We went to the Rio for dinner they have an amazing seafood buffet and yummy black cherry lemon drop drinks
We went to Vegas for the Las Vegas BACA chapter's patch party but since no one was arriving until friday we naturally decided to gamble since thats our favorite part. We did pretty well and ended up a couple hundred up that night. YAY!!
The next day we got up and went to get Haas some new shoes since his ankle was swollen and hurt to be in his boots so we went shopping for the morning then met up with Erin again for lunch before her flight left. After we went back for some more gambling!!! Again we did really well and Haas made bank at Craps. We decided after winning $800 that we should stop while we were ahead and we took off to the movies. We were staying at Sams Town and they had so much to do there including their own movie theatre so we saw Couple's Retreat. I thought it was funny and it was a good way to kill some time. After that we went to meet up with our BACA friends and meet the rest of the BACA people that were coming in from different states




The next morning we went on a Poker Run with all of the BACA brothers and sisters. At one of our stops we were so close to Hoover Dam that a couple of us took off to go see the dam before meeting back up with everyone



After a morning and afternoon of riding we were ready to hit the strip for a little site seaing. We started off at the Mirage and went to the Secret Garden and Dolphin sanctuary. They had a new baby dolphin and beautiful lions, tigers, panthers, and a gorgeous snow white tiger



Then we were off to the Bellagio to see the fountains!!!


I was pretty ready to go back home when Sunday came around. That was the longest that I had been away from my lil guy. Its no secret that I have a hard time on long trips in the car especially since I rode by myself. Once I got back and saw my baby boy I broke down into tears. That was a hard trip but so much fun. I am so glad to be back but Im glad that we were able to get away it was very needed. And we came back with more than we went down with. You just cant beat that. Next time though I think that we will have Nana and Papa come down with us so Buggy can be with us too.

One more thing. Please pray for the Johansen family. On the way to Vegas Pete got into an accident and passed away on saturday. Please pray for his family during this difficult time.
